REFERRAL PROGRAM |

Current Customers1 can earn referral credits for their existing service. Have your friend sign up for any of our custom or featured plans and you will receive credits for your existing service. They will need your email address that you used when you signed up for Webicans. They need to place your email address in the REFERRAL field.
A referred customer can only join the Webicans’ family from this program and not through a sales representative in order for you to receive a credit. Your friend will be eligible for any specials that are available for new customers just like you were. This program is valid as of April 11, 20052.

Your friend signs up and uses your valid email address3 during the sign-up stage. They pay their setup fee and their first month of support, and you will receive a credit as outlined in the table under monthly customers receive. The Friend Referral credit can be applied to your monthly service fee only. See table for credit amounts. It does not matter if your friend is a monthly or prepaid customers, your pay out is based on their plan and your monthly support status. There is no cash value4.

| OTHER CONSIDERATIONS/REGULATIONS: |

a)
|
At this time, when a current customer earns a year of service credits with this program, Webicans will limit the credits given to one year of credit. That same customer can participate in another arrangement between Webicans and customer.
|
|
|
b)
|
|
| A customer that switches/upgrades/changes their service can not refer themselves for referral credit. |
|
|
c)
|
This program can not be transferred to another company or person. Nor a company that has bought an existing custom plan. |
|
|
d)
|
New customers can not participate in this program for their own plan/website/Webicans’ service. |
|
|
e)
|
The credit can only be used for the monthly service cost, and no other Webicans’ service. |

| NOTES: |

1)
|
Current Customers are customers in good standing that have paid for their Webicans service as of the date of the referral and the date the pay-out is made. All questions on customer’s eligibility will be decided by Webicans at their own discretion.

2)
|
This program is effective as of April 11, 2005. It may be cancelled at any time by Webicans at our sole discretion. |

3)
|
Your friend must use your valid email address that you used when you signed up for your service. An email address that is invalid or not known by Webicans as our customer’s email address will not qualify for credits. We will not correspond with email addresses that are unknown to our business. |

4)
|
There is no cash value. If you leave Webicans service prior to your use of your credit, you lose the credit. You can not use your credit for a new website, nor any other Webicans’ services, just for your monthly support fee. |
